How it works:

1. Add the listing for the flyer set you want us to customize for you to your cart.
2. Add this listing for customization service to your cart.

Once your purchase is complete:

We will contact you within 24 hours to get all of the details for your event flyer. Feel free to message us using the "Contact Us" option in the menu at the bottom of our website if you want to send the information right away.

Our designer will talk through the customization for your flyer set with you.

You will receive proofs to approve or request adjustments in design prior to final approval.

Once completed, you will receive your file in JPG, PNG and PDF formats to use as you need.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Simple Desert Designs, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered. Digital products cannot be recalled or returned.

Your templates are yours to use without expiration, and you may edit, print, or reuse them as many times as you like for your own personal or business projects. Files are for personal or business use only and may not be resold or redistributed unless a separate resale license has been purchased.

If you need help, we’re here for you! We’ll provide tips, guides, and personal support to help you customize your template — and if that still doesn’t solve the issue, we’ll gladly edit your file for you.
